• All windows and screens are examined first, and any prior damage is documented and reported to the client.
• The first step in the process is to remove any screens using a professional tool to ensure they are not damaged. All tracks and crevices are then thoroughly brushed out.
• The outside of the windows are meticulously washed using a T-bar, and a window sponge to remove all build-up and sediments.  A squeegee and detail towel are then used to compete the cleaning and provide a brilliant luster.
• The screens are run through a screen cleaner where they are thoroughly washed and dried before being carefully re-installed.
• Our technicians will wear shoe coverings before entering your home and place towels in front of windows and over furnishings to ensure they are completely protected from any potential drips during cleaning.
• After all windows are thoroughly and professionally cleaned, a walk through is conducted with the client to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Payment is then collected for any services that were not pre-paid.

• First, we remove the screens and any window panes that slide. (If one is present)
• Next, we wash and scrub window frames, sills, and tracks paying close attention to the panes and hardware using hot soapy water and a sponge.
• Windows are carefully reassembled after they are completely hand dried.
• Cleaning of the window glass can now be done in a thorough fashion.
• Screens are hand-fed through our XERO screen cleaner for a deep clean and are hand dried before re-installation.

• Using equipment to properly reach the solar panels, they are cleared of all debris, with dirt and grime removed using a water-fed pole system, or by hand where necessary.
• The boar bristle brush, with 4 simultaneous jets in a rinse bar,  provides the cleanest results, flushing all sediments away from the panel’s surface.
• Our technicians ensure they leave the work site as thoroughly clean as they do your solar panels.

• All gutters are examined for potential prior damage and to determine whether they can be cleaned safely, and any damage is reported to the client.
• All debris is removed from gutters and placed in heavy-duty bags for disposal.
• Gutters and downspouts are thoroughly flushed and cleared of any impediments.
• Our technicians ensure they leave the work site as thoroughly clean as they do your gutters, disposing the heavy-duty bags of debris in dumpster/trash containers on site.

Before we begin pressure washing we sweep and remove any large debris.

• Pressure washing will efficiently remove stubborn stains, sun-baked dirt, and oily stains. Areas of concrete with oil will be treated with a cleaner and degreaser to properly remove stains.
